GATE 1 Offer and Review session + Check List
Welcome to Review and Offer Day!
This is pre-check list for reviewers and teams.
We will start at Friday 21.2.2025 at 14:00 on ZOOM-channel. Link will be shared before session!
About review process
- The feasible checkpoints are mentioned below as a check list. We would review five selectd points are randomly
- The review is conducted by the Mentors, instructor or selected externals
- Group should be able to shoe several evidences and artifacts about project planning before review.
Primary target for review
Make sure your team is capable and ready for implementation phase.
- Team status and visibility
- Clear Purpose of the Pproject
- Project planend with schedule and resources
- Documented Requirement Specification + Epic/Feature Roadmap
- AND MOST IMPORTANT Your team's offer What a customer can get and how much it costs?

Agenda for review session
- We will start 14:00 and session last at minimum 15:00

There will will three to five (3-5) teams selected by randomly for Review process

Selected Team give short introduction by team leader and team members (2 min)
- It could be valuable to have PowerPoint Set about your team + project?! Please make sure you have one!
- Tell about your project target and schedules + resources
- Show case of Features which they will deliver (3 min)
- Possible Roadmap for selected epics/features (1 min)
- Show you cost estimation (1 min)
- Price Tag to whole projet (1 min)
Mentors will ask some questions and then discussion 2-4 min
Keep in mind!
- BEWARE TO BE ABLE INTRODUCE YOUR TEAM!
- Activate use of WebCam during the review session, so all members are visible!
- Offical offer proposal should be updated before 13:00
- **Your team has to update team specific Offer Proposal template accroding your own. Link features with your proposal
- Check that the documentation does not do not contain misleadin "template" garbage. Documents should be appropriate and can be presented to e.g. an outside person.
- Make sure you all material easy to be share.
- You can speak Finnish, but by default session in English

- Mockup for som selected features - If you are planning to implement new features in some cases it would be nice to show a mockup to customer
- Budget for whole project - linked as EXCEL
- Short Web Page/PowerPoint as team introduction

General process before G1
Each teams are going through multiple pahts. Team members are assigned for certain tasks which are needed to execute before planning phase is over.
