On this page I will explain how the groups are formed and why it is very important to act quickly to promote this process.
There will be video available as soon as possible
The teams are formed by based on the team profile test, which is performed in advance.
When you have completed the test, you will get the result shown as picture below. You should save the result page as printed in PDF or other format which you find best. You will need this informatin while you are doing project end reporting.
If your results shows multiple roles you freely can select the "strongest" role and enter it in the survey.
So if you have, for example, three equally strong traits, you can choose the one you think is the strongest.

During the project, we work on different challenges and some of them are related to professional tasks. If possible, when creating teams, we try to take into account the interest of individuals in different types of tasks. Answer the survey below.
